I thought I'd start the Sherman and this is the finished turret. Most of it was done in 150gsm except for the barrel which was copy paper 80gsm, I tried to roll it in card but it was too thick. The attachment loops on the outside were made from some of old mate PICNIC's stainless aircraft tie wire and then painted. Everything fits like the last T34 model, tolerances are down to the width of a fly poop.
The hull inner frame is done and ready for skinning now, be warned though, it's just about all butt joins and even where some of the small parts are tab joins I just cut them off and butt glued them as it easier and the shapes aren't deformed by the tabs.
