I never used pepakura viewer for Silhouette but if it works with Cameo then
it will work with Portrait also. Most of the apps which can directly cut
through cutter will support both cutter as software is common for both.

I have Cameo (the old model) and I use it for a lot of things including
print and cut and regular cutting.
