When I went to d'load the file, I was offered 2 options. One was for 32-bit
x86. The other was for 64-bit x64. (Both for Windows, which I have.) How can
I find out which one I need?

x86 32 bit is for a 32 bit version of Windoze and the other for a 64 bit
version. To find out , from memory, you right click on My Computer and
then properties. It should tell you which version you have.
