Get a Brother Scan and Cut DX with 600 dpi scanner. It will make short work of cutting out all these. Great for replicating simple patterns. Takes time, but great for the hundreds of duplicate parts in tank treads. A white deck on a white yacht with detail lines, not so much! Too work intensive for complex models, you might as well cut them out yourself.
