A dental tool applied equal (eyeballed) distance dots of Aleens tacky glue to the stretched thread. Short polyester strands were pressed in place with a dental tool. Sprayed Krylon Acrylic clear gloss on the assembled thread railing and allowed to dry overnight. Next day, placed threaded railing on a white card and carefully removed excess edges leaving a ships rail that doesn’t look too shabby. Aleens again used to attach rails onto decking. Rigging was done with 137m Upholstery thread. Another clear acrylic gloss coat added to base. BP -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Papermodels II" group.
