Hi everybody. I love canon printers. OK, I loved them until this week. I bought one six months ago; it always had connectivity issues and now it died with some cryptic error message. It has a one year warranty, but their website to get service is broken or just junk, and I've been on hold for a half hour with their 800 number... I think I'm just being played for a sucker.
I'd like to be able to put in at least legal paper, and I want (natch) a paper feed that won't roll my models when I try to print. I also need to do boring stuff, like print documents and photos.
