Printed 30 parts pages  on letter size 110 Staples card stock at  90%.
That is a ton of printer ink.
Parts pages given a coating of Krylon acrylic Gloss spray.
Cut out parts were edged using water color. To prevent smudging each part was 
again sprayed with gloss acrylic and allowed to dry before gluing.
Figure and sword bases were reinforced using cereal box cardboard.

His angry teeth are hidden, I was tempted not to attach the mustache  but 
thought it must have some significance.

The model is 17 inches to the top of his antlers.
