Hi, I'm just testing GNU parallel, and it looks very nice. But I have a problem with very long running jobs, which at some point I would like to abort. If I do Ctrl-c to parallel, the jobs will continue to run remotely, and then I have to manually kill them. Searching in the archives, I found a suggestion to run 'ssh -t', but in my case that doesn't seem to solve the problem. Is there any "standard" way to abort a parallel submission, so that the remote processes are killed cleanly?
