Please use the latest stable version: 20220122. My guess is that your problem is solved by that. If it is still an issue, see if you can follow https://www.gnu.org/software/parallel/parallel.html#reporting-bugs (You probably do not need ffmpeg to illustrate your issue - cat or echo might be enough). /Ole
