Two Primary School Students Go Hysterical By Haji Minor Absah Bandar Seri Begawan - The mysterious hysteria phenomenon that has been troubling students in STPRI has showed no signs of abating. Yesterday it struck a nearby primary school. Two female students aged eight at Sekoiah Rendah Raja Isteri Fatimah reportedly started screaming all of a sudden and wept during a religious class at around 9am. The unexplained phenomenon had struck the Sekolah Tinggi Perempuan Raja Isteri last week forcing the Ministry of Education to give a day off to the students. The evaluation was ordered when the attorney for Balzrina, 21, questioned whether Balzrina was competent to aid in his own defense. District Attorney Scott Horne said during a brief status conference in front of La Crosse County Circuit Judge Dennis Montabon on Tuesday that Balzrina was found competent and that the defense was not going to contest the psychologist's findings. A competency evaluation does not address whether Balzrina was sane at the time of the incident. It only determines if Balzrina understands the legal proceedings and is able to aid in his own defense.
