As you may know, Randi changed the rules for applying to the Million Dollar Challenge, to reduce the workload dealing with inquiries from cranks and nutballs who had no serious paranormal claims. Since April, you must have a "media presence" before you can apply - Randi's way of making the mainstream media work for him for a change as a first line of defense.
After some negotiating, I was able to get Randi to make my podcast, Skeptoid, a "qualifying media outlet" for claimants to the million dollars. I am much more approachable than a TV news station. I will be happy to do a podcast episode about anyone with a paranormal ability, and by my deal with Randi, this will qualify you to apply to win the million dollars to be used however you see fit. So, if you or someone you know has a paranormal ability, contact me through the Skeptoid web site, and this will launch you over the first hurdle as easily as possible.
