Spiritual Health Advice ?
In May of 1989 my father was in his last days, he had Colon Cancer, and I was for the most part his 24 hour caregiver. My father seemed to be going in and out of delusions or that is what I believed at the time. I now believe he most likely was already close to the spirit realm. One day as I sat beside him he seemed as if he didnt know I was there and was having a conversation with someone. Suddenly he came back to me and I asked where he had been. He said he has been with someone and they had both been eating Black Bean Soup. I found this strange since we never ate Black Beans in our household and I had never seen my father eat them or talk about them. In fact I dont think I had ever eaten a Black Bean at that point in my life. Today for some unknown reason I was thinking back to this puzzling fact and decided to look up Black Beans and found out that: Black Beans have the highest antioxidant activity of any bean and Antioxidants destroy free radicals, and when eaten regularly, have been shown to offer protection against heart disease, cancer and aging. Also the high fiber content in Black Beans helps keep blood sugar levels from rising too rapidly after a meal, making them a wise choice for people with diabetes, insulin resistance or hypoglycemia. Maybe health advice from the Spirit realm ?
