Hi, first of all, I appreciate your answer. I think it would be useful to form a discussion forum (I suggest to create a sub-forum of Paraview forum). But, by a practical point of view, I don't believe that a neutral format can be a good idea: in fact, I would like to write only one translator instead of two (ADINA to neutral and neutral to paraview): for example we could use an ASCII file formatted using Ensight .case convections and, if in future we will want to add more features to the original format, we will develop some extension to this format. To begin, just a question: how can I found a description of Ensight case files data formats? Thank you a lot Pi.Ci. Christer Gustafsson ha scritto: Hi, -- ing.
