As an alternative, Are there any other imaging formats written by ITK
for which paraview has a time dependent reader?
I have a time series of imaging data that I want to animate.
I have used paraview's python command line interface to animate
the files in the past, but am wondering if there was an easier way?

thank you,

Hey berk,

yes, the data is the same dimension at each time instance.

I don't think mha support time natively. I am cc'ing the vtk users
list in case I am wrong. Adding support for file series of mha files,
as long as the images are of the same dimensions, should be fairly
easy. Would that do the trick?
