The TransformMatrix and AnatomicalOrientation seem to have no effect on
the positioning of the data in an MHA file within paraview
TransformMatrix = 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1
AnatomicalOrientation = RAI
shouldn't
TransformMatrix = 1 0 0 0 0 1 0 1 0
produce a 90 deg rotation about the x-axis
of the data in an mha file ?
