I am guessing we forgot to explicitly build the HTMLDocumentation target when those binaries were built. I am adding a checklist to the wiki. http://paraview.org/ParaView3/index.php/ParaView3:Distribution_Checklist
Feel free to add to it. We should follow this checklist before any binary is released. It will get easier with the VMs (and associated scripts), but still we should have some checklist. Ideally, we may want a test suite that we run on the installs which covers all these things, but that may be a bit time consuming. Maybe we can address it when we undertake the testing overhaul for 3.8 (?).
