Of course you still need the patches. The following command should
update a (patched) CVS checkout, hopefully without any conflicts
cvs update -dARP
Michael
PS: explanation of the -dARP:
-d: also create directories that have been created remotely
-A: reset sticky tags
-R: update recursively
-P: Remove empty directories
CVS is a very strange thing...

Do you mean I need a fresh checkout or I still need your patches?

Dominik, can you confirm this?

Yep, looks like the YUV planes are shifted, or something. But the
first frame is fine. Very strange. Stupid thing is, I can't
compile a 64-bit version on my Mac, because the Qt-Carbon
libraries are only ppc/i386.

I used variable c3 for the movie.

Ugh, gross. Would it be possible for you send me the data so I
can use it for testing?

Hmmm, will have to try myself then.
On OS X 10.5 it works fine. See

OK I managed to compile.
The movie is distorted (false colors).
I get a message like "disabling offscreen rendering because
empty image was detected" or so.
