Hey,
(Note: I'm looking at this in the context of PV branding, but I'm not
sure whether the implementation details depend on that or not.)
When an app is initialized, how would you build a toolbar and its view
menu item, but have the visibility in the view menu start as
"unchecked", so it exists, but isn't shown unless the user wants to
see it?
