If you set VTK_USE_RPATH to OFF, recompile and reinstall, the problem should disappear. Alternatively, you can set your LD_LIBRARY_PATH to where the ParaView libraries are. You need to do that such that the processes launched by OpenMPI get this LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
