Francois says it requires openGL 2.1 plus floating point texture extension (GL_ARB_texture_float) at a minimum. Determining if the hardware supports GL_ARB_texture_float probably can't be determined easily from product documentation. You're best bet it is to focus on cards that support OpenGL 3.0 and/or Direct X 10.
