Instructions for PV 3.14.1:
Load the PointSprite plugin
Load your data set
Change representation to Point Sprite
Display tab - Point Sprite Mode: Texture
Point Sprite Texture: Load...
Select a bitmap file you like in the file dialog. Ok.
