Selections don't have that capability directly. The nearest selection types are select by ID or select by absolute location, neither of which will track the relative location.
You will have to come up with some pipeline involving a clip filter, perhaps within a programmable filter, that will cut out the offset and then select on that. David E DeMarle Kitware, Inc.
