Eduardo, After loading your cvs file, run in through the Table To Points filter. Then use the Delaunay 2D filter to create cells connecting the points. From there you can run the Contour filter.
BTW, if you data happens to be a regular grid, you can run the Table To Structured Grid filter instead of Table To Points and Delaunay, but the example data you posted is not completely regular. -Ken From: Eduardo Schott Verdugo <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> Date: Sunday, September 8, 2013 3:08 PM To: "[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>" <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> Subject: [EXTERNAL] [Paraview] generate contour from point data Dear Users, I am new using the paraview software. I am trying to generate from a list of data in the x,y,z,scalar format a contour plot. Attached you will find and example of the data I am working with. As you see this is just a 2d plot which I need to generate. I wasn't able to find a solution. Would you mind to help me please? Or is it not possible? I hope you will have an answer for me. All the best, Eduardo
