Marcus, It's a known bug on Windows (http://paraview.org/Bug/view.php?id=14279). We will address it by the next release. Unfortunately, I'm not sure there's a good workaround for now -- maybe run the Decimate filter to reduce the dataset and then glyph it without masking points?
