There is a difference in the behavior after 4.0 in visualizing Exodus
files.  In the old version (3.14.1), the "Label Mode" pull-down list under
the "Point Label" tab in the Selection Inspector contained a full list of
all of the nodal variables that were loaded in, while in the new version
(4.0.1), the only options are PointIDs, GlobalNodeId, and PedigreeNodeId.
 Same deal for cell labels.
