No Alan (and thanks for the reply btw). But then again I'm a noob at ParaView, 
so go easy on me.

So, I loaded in a .vtk file from a program a ran, in combination with a state 
file that was given to me. That resulted in an awesome image.

However, the person who provided me with the state file also edited the 
rendered image. And since I'm new at all this, I was wondering if there was an 
option to not only save the image as a file, but also all of the parameters he 
edited in Properties.

Would this be considered a state file?
