Paul,

* Load your data (such as disk_out_ref.exo, part of the ParaView
dataset).  All variables on.  Apply.

*         Plot over line.  Apply.

* File/ Save Data. Save as .csv file. (Text, comma seperated table).
This will save the actual data itself (distance down the line represents the
rows, data is in columns) .

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [Paraview] Exporting plot over a line as dat or txt file

Hi All,

I am having data of an unstructured 3D grid. I am loading that in Paraview. Is
it possible for me to export "plot over a line" as a .txt file or .dat file (as
x, y, data1, data2, etc) rather than an image plot?

Best Regards,
Immanuvel Paul.
