I don't have any space where I can upload something. I've attached the h5dump
of the first netCDF4/HDF5 file. The structure of the second file is exactly
identical and so is the h5dump. These files contain more data than referenced
in the XML file, but this should not hurt.
I didn't mention: I can read this file in VisIt and everything works as
expected.
