The "Pipeline Browser" shows the filters in pipeline order (or the order they are created in). This can't be changed, I am afraid. BTW, rather that using that script, you can use the "Extract Block" filter to extract blocks of your choice if you're only interested in a few blocks (or few groups of blocks). That may make it easier to use. In the "Block Indices" widget for the Extract Block filter, you can use Ctrl+F (or Cmd+F) to search for a block by name.
