Recent CMake releases have Todd Gamblin's BGQ platform files. If you use those, instead of the BGP one that the superbuild starts from (see https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/paraview-superbuild/blob/master/CMake/crosscompile/bgq_xlc/ToolChain.cmake#L3 ), it _might_ work.
