Hi all, I am dealing with polymer chains which are represented by bead-spring models. I currently output csv files for the position of the beads and visualize them with "Table to points" and Glyph. But I am not very clear how to visualize the springs that connect the beads. Can anyone give me some hints about the relative file format and visualization of the bead-spring models?
