Hi There, I still think that your driver is not setup correctly. Please search for driver settings for active stereo. There are plenty of links out there one of them is here: http://gazebosim.org/tutorials?tut=stereo_glasses&cat=rendering
You should be able to run glxgears in stereo and I would strongly suggest you fix that before trying paraview.
