Hi all,
I performed the boundary detection(eg:Canny edge detection) on the segmented images(they are binary images) and then converted to .mat file. Next, stacked the matrices(3D) and converted to vtk format. I am getting the following error when i try to build a 3Dvolume in Paraview. Hence,i cannot build the volume, what would be the cause for that? Can anyone please help me to resolve this matter?
