Cells in CTH take up some amount of volume (in 3D), meaning that there is no
single [X,Y,Z] coordinate to give. Perhaps your user is looking for the [X,Y,Z]
at the center of the cell, in which case the Cell Centers filter will do just
that.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [Paraview] Finding cell coordinates in Python

From a user:

We have been successful at implementing python scripts and routines to analyze
much of our data, but we would like for the ability to obtain the [X,Y,Z]
coordinates for each cell. Is there currently a way to do this? This is CTH AMR
data.

Thanks,

Alan
