With this file <https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8yIfGqnlfSoejlSbUlVT1RFX3M>, when I apply a Cell Centers filter sometimes it works (see attached works.jpg) and sometimes it produces garbage output (note the Y-range) (see attached broken.jpg)
