Your dataset (OJF_Out-SPECIES.DAT) does not seem to have the right Tecplot format. Please take a look to this tecplot .dat file (residuals.dat) , wich can be opened with ParaView flawlessly. You may try to correct your file manually or correct the way it was generated.
