Can ParaView 5.4.1 open a .vtk file? I have tried and I get the dialog that
presents the big long list of possible file readers. Nothing on that list seems
to say "vtk" files. Odd.
Probably "user error" but this seems like it used to work? macOS 10.13.x with
the latest download from the ParaView web site.
