Dear Moms, Kalo aq sih pernah pake IUD karena kata dokter kandungan qu itu yang paling aman untuk yang menyusui dan efektif tapi mesti rajin kontrol minimal 1 thn sekali lah. Pengalaman pribadi neh, gara2 males kontrol kebobolan juga hehehe... Trus pasang IUD nya klo bisa pas lg datang haid untuk mengurangi sakitnya.
