Kalo saya setuju banget dg adanya peraturan ini. Mau yg tetekbengek yg lain belum diatur ama negara ini, setidaknya pemerintah mulai mengurai salah satu masalah dinegara ini, apalagi menyangkut HAK anak Indonesia.
Saya positif thinking thdp peraturan ini, dg peraturan ini pemerintah justru melindungi hak anak & ibu. Yg perlu ditekankan disini yg dihukum bukan ibunya ya, saya fikir yg buat peraturan jg gak asal deh.. Hukuman berlaku Pada kondisi2 tertentu pihak2 yg menghalang-halangi ibu yg ingin memberikan ASI pd anaknya. Saya rasa gak asal kalo gak ngasih ASI maka dihukum. Blum lg kesadaran masyarakat Indonesia yg masih rendah atas pentingnya ASI, buat kita yg melek teknologi mungkin mudah mencari informasi, buat saudara2 kita yg mana informasinya hanya dari posyandu & puskesmas. Yg sudah menjadi rahasia umum bahwa banyak *oknum* paramedik yang sdh mjd agen sufor krn biaya operasional mereka rendah kalo hanya mengandalkan dr pemerintah. Mungkin banyak kondisi yg tdk terfikir oleh kita yg dialami oleh ibu2 yg memiliki kesadaran atas pentingnya ASI masih rendah. Dgn adanya peraturan ini, Pemerintah justru ingin menyadarkan bahwa ASI itu penting shg pihak2 yg berusaha menghalang2i harus dihukum. Pemerintah ingin berusaha memecahkan keruwetan negara ini dg cara mencetak generasi ASI. So moms disini jgn skeptis dulu, kita baca dulu sama2 peraturannya seperti apa. Kalo kita memang ibu yg sdh memberikan yg terbaik buat anak kita, kita pasti tdk akan dihukum oleh negara ini.
