Release 4.11.0 - All together - Happy Birthday Lovebird
Added install-man step [GH #687]. Add man-clean to clean. Fix auto::pod2man on
windows.
OS threads with proxied PMCs are now default. Use perl Configure.pl
--without-threads
to use the old green threads API, just without Proxies and without native OS
threads
(and possible GC problems when running threaded tasks).
Fix linking dynext/libglutcb.so without installed libparrot.so
Warn about Archive::Tar COMPRESS_BZIP
