[examples] enable regexdna.pir argv to allow gdb debugging
we now accept an optional filename arg to regexdna.pir
to study GC write barrier crashes with
gdb --args ./parrot examples/shootout/regexdna.pir
examples/shootout/regexdna.pir_input
