One other obvious step we can take:

Please stop opening new tickets in RT, but open them in trac instead.
We can't expect non-developers to use trac yet, but anyone with a
commit bit or on #parrot (or following this list) should be opening
new tickets via trac instead of RT. It'll reduce the amount of
information we have to transfer eventually.
