Despite the fact that I have tclsh8.4 installed in /usr/bin (which depends on /usr/lib/libtcl8.4.so.0) A few nits that I think need resolution before this would get into core: * The top level 'Tcl' namespace has long been used by partcl; It would be nice if you could pick another top level namespace; perhaps TclLibrary ? * Code in "library/" shouldn't have a :main sub; if you'd like to create an example/ to exercise the library that would be great, which leads to: * Needs tests. > Also, a typo.
