maybe, however that involves changing a lot of documentation, possibly
smokers, and making a big announcement. it's probably worth doing, but
i can't do it Right Now. might be worth a note in DEPRECATED.pod that
in 1.0 we'll no longer have a 'world' target, or that 'world' will be
the same as 'all', so scripts depending on this behavior should be
updated.
