There's no active development on this branch - may be the odd
salvageable thing in there, but we can just check out the revision
before it was deleted to get at that. So AFAIC this can be deleted.
rvar & rvar2 (These were for Rakudo work, are they still needed here?)
The final rvar was merged ages ago, and I suspect these are just
leftovers that didn't get cleaned up.
