That's great. I had been working on the same thing myself but you beat
me to it.

Can I recommend it gets added as a doc build target in the main Parrot
Makefile? Something like Python's "make htmlhelp".

Perhaps it might be worth adding a callback to the doc generation
module that can create some index files for the html workshop.
