Something occurred to me. Currently are all bug submissions immediately public? https://svn.parrot.org/parrot/trunk/docs/submissions.pod isn't clear on this. If yes, it would be a good idea to set up some form of security bug reporting procedure, intended solely for use of people reporting bugs that they believe will become CVEs.
