This month we're starting a new process to make sure we confirm with
substantial languages before cutting the release. (Thanks to Patrick for
the suggestion.) We'll try it as a simple checklist. Only the first
check is required for the Parrot release, the others are more about
recording language progress. Feel free to add additional checklist items
or additional languages.
