There are several pieces to the PDD 18 implementation, some require
expert knowledge of the internals of Parrot, but others are more
lightweight. At the very start, we need some prototyping work done, and
for that a background in security is more important than a background in
Parrot. I wouldn't rate PDD 18 as a good "beginner" task if you're just
generally looking for a way to get involved in Parrot.
Maybe tell us a bit more about your background and what you're
interested in doing?
