The plan is to edit it to the point that it's actually publishable (still quite a bit of work to do there).
The intention is that the published book will be identical to docs/book, and any changes we make while getting ready to publish will be checked back into the repository.
There's some question of what to do with chapters that are only very early drafts and won't be included in the printed book. Move them to docs/book/draft? Add 'draft' to the filename? Just add "[DRAFT]" to the =head1 title in the Pod?
